Welcome to Plentitude Art Market! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to both artists/artisans (“Artists”) and customers (“Customers”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

1. Overview of Services

Plentitude Art Market is an online platform where Artists can list and sell their original artwork, artisan items, and custom services. We provide the following services:

• A secure marketplace for customers to browse and purchase items.
• A user-friendly online profile for Artists to showcase their work.
• Commitment to take ordinary care to protect items during drop-off and pick-up processes, though we assume no responsibility for loss or damage.
• Coordination of sales and pickup of items.
• Facilitation and coordination of custom work on behalf of artists.
• Marketing and promotional support for listed items.
• Monthly donations of $2 for each paid Professional account to a non-profit artist group with five or more participants in the Plentitude Art Market.
• Promotion of artists and their work within a 50-mile target market radius.

3. Account Registration

For Artists:

• Artists must register for an account to list their work.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

For Customers:

• Customers may browse the marketplace without an account but must create an account to complete purchases.

4. Listings and Sales

For Artists:

• Artists retain ownership of their items until sold.
• All listings must include accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Plentitude Art Market reserves the right to review and remove any listings that violate our community standards.

For Customers:

• By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the item, including any applicable taxes and fees.
• Upon successful payment, the order will be processed, and you will receive confirmation.
  
  
  

5. Pickup and Delivery

For Artists:
Artists are responsible for delivering sold items to the designated pickup location in a timely manner. They must ensure that items are ready for Customer pickup as scheduled. Artists will receive payouts after the buyer has picked up the order in-store.

For Customers:
Customers must coordinate pickup with the Artist from whom they purchased the item and the platform, unless an alternate method of delivery has already been arranged. Customers are responsible for picking up their purchased items within the specified timeframe.

6. Payment Processing

All transactions are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. We do not store any payment information. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processing partner.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of receiving the item to discuss potential resolutions.

8. User Conduct

Both Artists and Customers agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Respect the rights of others and refrain from posting content that is offensive, harmful, or in violation of any laws.
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or impersonate any person or entity.
  
  

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Plentitude Art Market website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Plentitude Art Market or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Plentitude Art Market is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the services provided. We make no guarantees regarding the success of sales or the quality of items listed on our platform.
