What types of items can I find on Plentitude Art Market?
You can find a diverse range of artwork, including fine art, photography, 3D art, décor, and custom artisan items. Each artist showcases their unique style and offerings.
How do I purchase items from the marketplace?
To purchase an item, browse the listings, select your desired artwork, and follow the prompts to check out. You will need to provide payment and shipping information.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods through our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. You can pay using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and other payment options supported by Stripe.
Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but you can purchase items directly as gifts for others.
What is the return policy?
Typically, all sales are final; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of pickup or delivery to discuss potential resolutions.
How do I become an artist on Plentitude Art Market?
To create an artist account, simply visit the registration page, fill out the required information, and then follow the setup wizard. After setup, you will need to elect for either a free Choice subscription or paid Professional subscription. If you have already signed up as a customer, you may convert your account to an artist account by visiting your account page.
How do I list my artwork as an artist?
Once your artist account is set up and you have setup your payment options, you can log in to your artist dashboard and add new listings by creating a new product and providing a description, images, and pricing for your item. After you publish your product listing, it may take up to 24 hours for review and final publishing by Plentitude Art Market.
What are the subscription options for artists?
Choice Account: This account is free and provides a profile page and the ability to list up to three items. It has a 30% commission rate on sales. Choice Accounts can be upgraded to Professional at any time.
Professional Account: For $14.95 per month, this account offers a profile page, the ability to list up to 30 items, and a reduced commission rate of 25% on sales. Professional Accounts also receive targeted promotions.
Can I change my subscription plan as an artist?
Yes, artists can change their subscription plan at any time. Simply log into your artist dashboard, navigate to your subscription settings, and follow the prompts to upgrade or downgrade.
